How can holistic therapy and coaching help you?
Based in Wimbledon, SW London and online, I approach your mental health in a holistic way means that I integrate techniques and interventions from a range of approaches, including: Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EBT (Emotional Brain Training), Coaching and Modern Neuroscience into our sessions. Mindfulness/meditation practices may also be demonstrated and recommended for use between sessions.
The techniques used in the sessions will be chosen based on what your presenting issue is and will be fully discussed with you before proceeding. You can, of course, choose to focus on just one technique, such as hypnotherapy or coaching.
Every person is unique, including you. What you've experienced in life; how you view the world and your place in it; and what your individual values and beliefs are all play an important part in shaping the way you think, feel and act.
You may approach therapy with a specific symptom that you would like to address (for example: a bad habit; low self esteem; a desire to be more confident; chronic stress; or anxiety) and we will work together to not only address that particular issue, but will also seek to uncover what might be causing the issue in the first place; bringing forward what may've been unconscious into consciousness where the necessary changes can be made.
My approach goes beyond mere talking therapy in that I aim to provide you with pragmatic tools and techniques that you can learn within our sessions as well as take away with you, which can be used for life.
